Privacy policy

Nauman Zaheer, trading as NovaZen Studio, builds websites, AI assistants and automation for small businesses. Questions about this policy: contact@nomizf.com.

• Details you send us yourself: name, email, phone, business name and your message, through a form, the chat assistant, a booking, an email or a direct message.
• Business contact details that are publicly listed (for example on Google Maps or a company website), used only to contact that business about our services.
• Replies to our messages on email, Instagram or WhatsApp, kept so we can answer you and stop contacting you when you ask.
• Basic technical data when you use the site (such as pages visited and device type), used to keep the site working.

• To reply to you and deliver a service you asked about.
• To contact businesses we think we can help, in a small number of short, relevant messages.
• To record that you opted out, so we do not contact you again.
• To keep the site and our systems secure.

Messages sent to the NovaZen Studio Instagram account are received through Meta's Instagram API. When someone replies we keep the sender's username, the time and the text of the reply, only to answer it and to stop any further messages if they ask us to. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

Only the services that run our systems (for example hosting, a database, email and the Meta platforms you message us on). They process data for us and not for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information.

If we switch on AI help for sorting replies, the text of a reply, or of the short conversation around it (with business names replaced, and never usernames or phone numbers), may be sent to an AI service in the United States (TypeSafe AI or OpenAI) so it can suggest what kind of reply it is and how interested the person seems. The suggestion never decides anything: a person does. These services are not allowed to use that text to train their models.

Conversations and enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful, then deleted. If you ask us to stop contacting you we keep a minimal do-not-contact record (your email, number or handle) so that we can honour that request.

• Tell us to stop contacting you: reply “stop” to any message, or email us.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Delete requests are handled as described on the data deletion page.
